Missed Performance Discount (For Season Subscribers ONLY)
If you were unable to attend your show but did not make an exchange at least 24 hours in advance, you are not out of luck. Bring your unused season tickets to either of the event night box offices on the evening of another Broadway performance you would like to attend, and we will offer you the opportunity to purchase any available tickets to that night's performance at half off the regular single ticket price. Seating is based upon availability and may not be arranged in advance.
