Could the Fourth Season of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend be the Last?

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

The end of the road for The CW's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is in sight. Last month, The CW announced that Crazy will return for a fourth run in the 2018-19 season. And, according to its star and co-creator, Rachel Bloom, the fourth season will be shows last. The network declined to comment on if season four will indeed be the show's endgame. A formal announcement on the show's finale is expected to come closer to May's upfronts, when the network pitches its schedule to ad buyers.

Beetlejuice Musical

It’s been in the works for years, but a Beetlejuice musical is finally set for an official launch. The musical comedy, based on Tim Burton’s beloved film of the same name, will make its world premiere in a pre-Broadway engagement at the National Theatre in Washington, D.C. The production is tentatively slated for an October bow and performance dates are expected to be confirmed shortly. As previously reported, Alex Timbers will direct the musical, just a few months after his staged version of Moulin Rouge! opens in Boston this summer.
