Exchange a Performance Form
What is an Exchange?
An Exchange is when you move tickets from one performance night into another performance night of the same Broadway production
(e.g., “I want to exchange my Wednesday tickets of CATS to the Friday performance.”)
We are pleased to offer Broadway season ticket holders the opportunity to exchange tickets for the best available seats at another performance of the same show.
Please complete all of the fields in the form below and click Submit when finished. A separate form must be completed and submitted for each exchange requested.
You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange request has been processed. If you exchange into a higher-priced show, you will be notified regarding the amount owed. If you exchange into a less-expensive show, your balance will be put on account and can be applied to future ticket purchases through September 30, 2019.

Please note, all Exchange Request must be submitted 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled show date.
Thank you for submitting an online exchange request. A Ticket Services representative has received your completed form and will email you within two days with your new seat location or additional information. If you don’t receive an email from Starlight in that time period, please call our box office at 816.363.7827.
