Can't attend your regular night at Starlight?
Exchange your season tickets for another evening or another performance, give your tickets to a friend, or donate your tickets to Starlight as a charitable contribution. Please do not let your seats go unused!
We make it easy and convenient for you!
ONLINE* Simply fill out and submit the Season Ticket Request form. Your exchange will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your new seat locations once your exchange has been processed. On-line exchanges are processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.

BY PHONE** Call 816-363-7827 or 800-776-1730 during regular business hours. Our Customer Service Specialists will be happy to personally assist you with your exchange. Please have your season ticket barcode numbers in hand to exchange tickets over the phone.
BY FAX* Simply fill out and fax the Season Ticket exchange request.pdf. Your request will be processed within 48 hours. You will be notified of your new seat locations once your exchange has been processed. Fax exchanges are processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
IN PERSON at the Main Box Office during regular business hours, or at the theatre box offices from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on show nights. (In order to accommodate business for that evening's performance, exchanges will not be processed after 8:00 p.m. on Broadway performance nights.)
**A $5.00 per ticket service charge will apply.
*A $3.00 per ticket service charge will apply.
Exchange fees are non-refundable.
Ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Any balance remaining after an exchange will be returned to you in the form of a Starlight Theatre gift certificate valid for Broadway tickets or Starlight concert tickets. In the event you are unable to use your season tickets or gift them to family or friends, simply return them to Starlight Theatre prior to the scheduled performance as a charitable contribution. We will provide you with a receipt documenting the value of this tax-deductible contribution.
