Season Ticket Upgrade Requests
Once you receive your renewal, it is recommended that you renew and place your change request as soon as possible; usually phone, fax, and the internet provide the fastest results. The renewals with change requests are filed in the order in which payment is received. Therefore, the sooner you renew, the better your chances of moving closer.
The requests are also subject to payment priorities. Accounts paid in full by the first deadline are given first priority. Paying half of your account balance by the first deadline secures second priority. Paying a third by that date ensures third priority. Requests received after the first deadline are honored, but are sorted strictly by the order in which payment is received.
Once we complete the renewal process, we drop the seats of everyone that missed the final renewal deadline. This process usually takes about a week. Once the seats are returned to the general inventory, we contact all of the patrons that have put in a request to change their seats in the order that we received their request and renewal.
