Ticket Services Staff – Daytime
The Ticket Services Department is hiring part-time Sales & Customer Service Representatives for daytime positions in our main ticket office.
The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional customer service while performing ticket transactions. Seasonally, representatives may participate in outbound sales efforts. As data management is an essential function of this position, organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
Starlight Theatre takes pride in surpassing expectations for customer service. Consequently, the foremost responsibility for all Ticket Services staff is to make our guests feel welcome and appreciated. This position offers frequent opportunities to interact with guests in person, on the phone or by email. Applicants should possess skills in communicating through all three channels.
A typical schedule consists of 2 to 3 eight hour shifts per week, between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday through Saturday. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be available based on seasonal need. Employees may receive complimentary tickets to events which they are not scheduled to work.
- Applicants should have a love for the performing arts and the events we are promoting
- Must be able to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Prior ticketing experience is helpful, especially knowledge of the Tessitura database
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
