As we look toward the New Year, we couldn’t wait to share with you our first concert announcements of 2019. It’s shaping up to be another wonderful summer under the stars!

Chicago
Sunday, May 19 – tickets on sale Dec. 7 at 10a.m.

From the signature sound of the Chicago horns, their iconic vocalists, and a few dozen classic songs, this band’s concerts are celebrations. Chicago brings its legendary sound to Starlight on May 19 for one night only. 2019 marks the band’s 52nd consecutive year of touring and they haven’t missed a single concert date along the way. An incredible 25 of their 36 albums have been certified platinum, and the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.

Train & Goo Goo Dolls
Friday, June 21 – tickets on sale now!

These two hit rock bands team up once again to co-headline a tour in amphitheaters across the country, including a stop at Starlight Theatre June 21. Multi-platinum roots rock band Train holds three Grammy Awards, and its song “Hey Soul Sister” was the biggest-selling single of 2010. The band recently released its first Greatest Hits album. The Goo Goo Dolls will co-headline with Train, and have performed in front of millions of fans in concerts around the world, received numerous awards, and released their latest album, Boxes, in 2016.

“Weird Al” Yankovic
Saturday, August 31 – tickets on sale now!

“Weird Al” Yankovic is the biggest-selling comedy recording artist in history, earning four Grammy and fifteen career nominations. The legendary musical satirist follows his sold-out 2018 tour of intimate venues with his biggest show ever, making a stop at Starlight Theatre on Friday, Aug. 31. Weird Al is back to playing the hits and classics with this tour, featuring his original band, costumes, props, a video wall and, for the first time, background singers and a full symphony orchestra.
