Show Time: 8 p.m.
Gates Time: 7 p.m.

Godspell was the first major musical from three-time Grammy and Academy Award winner, Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Pippin, Children of Eden), and it took the world by storm. Led by the international hit, "Day by Day," Godspell features a parade of chart-topping songs, including "All Good Gifts," "Turn Back, O Man," "By My Side" and many more. Now, Starlight presents this beloved musical in a concert-style performance June 22 - 27 with an all-Kansas City cast, creative and production team.

Told in a series of parables, Godspell is a musical retelling of the Gospel of Matthew. A group of followers help Jesus to share various lessons through song and dance before dissolving hauntingly into the Last Supper and the Crucifixion. Jesus' messages of kindness, tolerance and love come vibrantly to life in Godspell—a sensational musical that continues to inspire audiences today.
