This summer’s concert schedule at Starlight Theatre is shaping up to be one of the biggest and most diverse yet. Fans of just about any genre will find live music to love under the stars in 2016, as the number of concerts approaches 25.

Four new shows were recently added to Starlight’s 2016 Capitol Federal Concert Series:

  • BOSTON with Night Ranger and Foghat

Sunday, June 5 – Tickets on sale now

Always a crowd pleaser with its high-energy stage show, musicianship and vocals, iconic rock band BOSTON prides itself on performing a totally live show without the use of prerecorded music or technical enhancements. BOSTON joined the rock music scene in 1976 with the release of its self-titled debut album that sold more than 17 million copies and generated rock-radio hit singles like “More Than a Feeling,” “Peace of Mind” and “Smokin’.”

  • Widespread Panic

Wednesday, June 22 – Tickets on sale now

John Bell and Michael Houser spent the better part of five years writing, playing and racking up life experiences on the Southern bar circuit before their Widespread Panic collaboration notched its first official show in 1986 and debut album, Space Wrangler, in 1998. Since then, the band has released another nine studio albums and sold more than 3 million copies worldwide.

  • Jeff Beck and Buddy Guy

    Friday, August 5 – Tickets on sale April 16 at 10 a.m.

Trailblazing guitarist Jeff Beck will release both a new book and a new studio album in July. The book, “BECK01,” explores the artist’s passion for hot rodding and rock ‘n’ roll. The new studio album, set for release July 15, will be the first since his Grammy® Award-winning Emotion & Commotion in 2010. Beck is a two-time inductee of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, first as a member of the Yardbirds in 1992 and, again, as a solo artist in 2009. At Starlight and on several stops on this summer’s U.S. tour, Beck will co-headline with legendary blues guitarist/singer and fellow Hall of Famer Buddy Guy.

  • NEEDTOBREATHE with special guests Mat Kearney, John Mark McMillan and Welshly Arms
