Starlight Theatre has nine event spaces — five indoor, including two with outdoor access, and four outdoor-only — that can accommodate any event.
Berger Rehearsal Hall / The Monet Room
The Berger Rehearsal Hall will be transformed into The Monet Room while Monet & Friends Alive is at Starlight, November 1–December 31, 2022. Enjoy a special event you’ll never forget! 50 tickets to the presentation will be included in the rental fees. Additional tickets can be purchased at a discounted group rate.
Starlight’s Berger Rehearsal Hall is the perfect space for events with up to 150 guests. This space can be rented year-round, pending availability. You can utilize this space for cocktail hours, company parties and meetings, private pre-show events, banquets, and more.
Jeannette and Jerome Cohen Community Stage House
Starlight's Jeannette and Jerome Cohen Community Stage House is available for private event rentals mid-October to early April*. Events are held on the climate-controlled, fully enclosed stage.
Starlight’s Applause Club is generally rented in conjunction with a Stage House rental. This rehearsal space boasts four windowed garage doors with views of the beautiful Starlight Patio. You can utilize this space for cocktail hour, VIP lounges, silent auction space, and more. Flexible seating for up to 240 guests.
Applause Club Patio
Starlight’s Applause Club Patio can host up to 300 guests. The patio is the perfect space for cocktail hours, company events, small musical performances, outdoor dining, and more.
Applause Club + Applause Club Patio
Starlight’s Applause Club + Patio is generally rented in conjunction with a Stage House rental. This rehearsal space boasts four windowed garage doors opening into the beautiful Starlight Patio. You can utilize this space for cocktail hour, VIP lounges, silent auction space, and more. Flexible seating for up to 600 guests.
Starlight’s Steadman Room is an indoor/outdoor space that can be utilized in many ways. This space connects to a beautiful balcony overlooking the Applause Club Patio. Use this as a meeting space or get a group of friends together to host your own private VIP event before a concert. Flexible layouts for up to 30 guests in a conference style and up to 75 guests in a reception style.
Starlight’s former museum has been transformed into a space to host up to 100 guests in a reception style for your next event. Enjoy private indoor/outdoor access while surrounded by the history of Starlight. This space is perfect for cocktail hours, networking socials, pre-show events, and more.
Starlight’s Encore Deck is a fully outdoor space that can be rented out as a private section during any of our Broadway shows or concerts, or used as a cocktail space in conjunction with another rental. This space has seating for up to 100 guests.
North Pavilion East
Starlight’s North Pavilion is a fully covered outdoor space. The east side of the pavilion can host up to 100 seated guests. A perfect space for birthday parties, outdoor dining before a show, graduation parties, and more!
North Pavilion West
Starlight’s North Pavilion is a fully covered outdoor space. The west side of the pavilion can host up to 100 seated guests. This side of the pavilion has access to a 16’ x 24’ stage for award ceremonies, programs, talent shows, and more!
