A non-refundable 50% deposit per ticket is required within one week of placing your seats on hold. Final numbers and payment are due 14 days prior to the performance date. Seating priority is assigned in the order that reservations are received.
Priority Seating
For summer Broadway shows, groups have the ability to place their order and have their seats assigned before single show tickets go on sale to the general public.

Complimentary Parking for Broadway Shows
For every five tickets purchased in your group, receive one complimentary parking pass on us! PLUS, bus parking is always complimentary in our oversize lot, located on Starlight Drive (runs east/west in front of the theatre).

The group payment process usually requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The final guest count and remaining balance are due 14 days prior to show date.
Groups may pay their total by major credit card, check, cashier’s check or money order.
Yes. We can create a unique group promo code for your group on the performance night of your choice. Your code will need to meet the group minimum to maintain the discount. If the minimum is not met, those who purchased with the code and received the discount will then be charged the difference of group discounted price and single ticket price.
Broadway Season: Parking is included with ticket purchase. Paved parking is $30 and may be purchased in advance only.
Buses may park free of charge in the Cheetah lot. Typically bus drivers drop their passengers at Gate 8 (East side, by Zoo) and the parking attendants will direct the bus to an open space in the Cheetah lot. Ask our Group Sales staff about a complimentary bus driver ticket. *Not Available on all shows.
Ask about the opportunity for pre-show and post-show activities. Group services can request events for your group, such as meet and greets, talk-backs and behind-the-scenes private tours.
Yes! We have many unique indoor and outdoor dining areas that can be reserved for your group. Our exclusive catering company, will customize a menu to fit your group’s preferences and budget. See Private Dining & Group Packages page for more info.
