This year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade may look a little different without the crowds on the streets of New York, but the show will go on. Recently, a number of Broadway shows came together for the first time since March to rehearse and perform pre-taped performances to air during the parade on Thursday, November 26.

Tune in to NBC at 8 a.m. CST to enjoy the parade and performances from these casts throughout the event:

Hamilton
This now-headlining musical first opened on Broadway in 2015, and it’s since shattered box office records and gained an incredible number of fans of all ages. Hamilton earned a record-breaking 16 Tony Award nominations in 2016.

Jagged Little Pill
The newest Broadway show in the 2020 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade lineup, Jagged Little Pill is a musical inspired by the Alanis Morissette album of the same name. It earned 15 Tony Award nominations this year—winners have yet to be announced.

Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of the Temptations
A jukebox musical for the ages, Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of the Temptations hits all the right notes. It opened on Broadway in March 2019 and earned 11 Tony Award nominations that year—winning Best Choreography.

Mean Girls
This musical started as a cult-classic film before hitting the Broadway stage in April 2018. It earned 12 nominations in the 2018 Tony Awards and now, it’s rumored that creator Tina Fey is working on a film adaptation of the musical version.

Radio City Rockettes
While the Radio City Rockettes don’t technically perform on Broadway, their high quality of production and incredible dance precision definitely earn them an honorable mention. The group is known for their annual holiday show and performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

The 2020 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will air at 8 a.m. CST on Thursday, November 26.
