Complimentary Parking

Bus parking is complimentary in our oversize lot, located on Starlight Drive (runs east/west in front of the theatre).

Where do I start?


Contact Group Sales by phone, email or online request form. Let us know what events you are interested in attending and a Group Sales representative will provide you with information and available offers.

I don’t quite meet the group minimum. What can I do?


Group Sales can help your recruitment efforts by providing flyers with pricing, seating and show information. This will help to easily share show details with group members. Additional promotional items may be available for certain shows.

What is the payment process?


The group payment process usually requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. The final guest count and remaining balance are due 30 days prior to show date.

What methods of payment are accepted?


Groups may pay their total by major credit card, check, cashier’s check or money order.

Can my group purchase tickets individually?


Yes. We can create a unique group promo code for your group on the performance night of your choice. Your code will need to meet the group minimum to maintain the discount. If the minimum is not met, those who purchased with the code and received the discount will then be charged the difference of group discounted price and single ticket price.

Where can my group guests park individually?


Broadway Season: Parking may be pre-purchased through the Group Sales staff by the group leader, or your group guests may purchase parking on site. General parking is $7 per vehicle and Preferred parking is $10 per vehicle. Cash payment only on site.

Indoor Series: Parking is offered free in the Zebra lot. Or Valet can be purchased for $10 in advance or paid by cash day of event.

Where do we park our bus?


Buses may park free of charge on Starlight Drive. (runs east/west in front of the theatre). Typically bus drivers drop their passengers at Gate 7 (East side, by Zoo) and the parking attendants will direct the bus to an open space on Starlight Drive. Ask our Group Sales staff about a complimentary bus driver ticket. *Not Available on all shows.

How can we make our group event even more special?


Ask about the opportunity for pre-show and post-show activities. Group services can request events for your group, such as meet and greets, talk-backs and behind-the-scenes private tours.

Can we host a private dinner or cocktail reception at Starlight Theatre?


Yes! We have many unique indoor and outdoor dining areas that can be reserved for your group. Our exclusive catering company, will customize a menu to fit your group’s preferences and budget. See Private Dining & Group Packages page for more info.
