We make it easy and convenient for you to customize your Starlight Broadway season!

You may swap up to 2 season shows for tickets to weekend specials or additional tickets to two other season shows. Tell us the show or shows that you want to swap out of and into, and we’ll get you the best seats possible.

By Phone: Call (816) 363-7827 or (800) 776-1730 during regular business hours. Our Ticket Services representatives will be happy to personally assist you with your swap. Please have your account number or customer ID on hand to swap shows over the phone.

In Person: Visit our Box Office during regular business hours, or on show nights prior to the beginning of a show or during intermission.

NOTE: Balance on Account
Any balance remaining after a swap will be held in your account and may be applied toward any purchase before December 10, 2023. Should you choose to renew into the 2024 Broadway season, the balance may also be applied to season ticket package. In the event you are unable to use your season tickets or gift them to family or friends, simply return them to Starlight at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance as a charitable contribution. We will provide you with a receipt documenting the value of this tax-deductible contribution.
