Rules and Regulations
If you renew your tickets to the 2022 AdventHealth Broadway Series, you are automatically registered to win up to four season tickets in your account.
1. INTRODUCTION
The “Win Your Season Tickets!” promotion (the Promotion) is sponsored by Starlight Theatre Association of Kansas City, Inc. (the Company) located at 4600 Starlight Road, Kansas City, Missouri, 64132.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The Promotion is open to all season ticket holders of the 2022 AdventHealth Broadway Series OR residents of the Kansas City Metro. Employees, officers and directors of The Company, its respective related companies, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer, and director are not eligible to participate. By participating in The Promotion, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of The Company, which are final and binding in all respects. No purchase is necessary (see How to Participate for details).
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD/TERMINATION
The Promotion begins on September 7, 2021 at 12:01:00 a.m. U.S. Central Daylight Time ("CT") and ends on October 15, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. U.S. Central Daylight Time ("CT"). The Company reserves the right to end or stop The Promotion at any time for any reason.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Anyone who renews their season tickets to the AdventHealth Broadway Series is automatically entered in the Prize Package drawing.
You may also enter to win by mailing a 3x5 index card with your name, mailing address, phone number and email address to:

No purchase is necessary to participate*.
5. PRIZES AND ODDS
All valid entries received prior to October 15, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. will be eligible for the Prize Package drawing to take place on October 25, 2021. Odds are based on the number of participants in the promotion. The Prize Package, valued at up to $1,844, includes up to four season tickets in the winners order. Sweepstakes prize does not include specials, donations or additional seats.
6. GENERAL
The Company reserves the right to change, alter or modify the Official Rules and Regulations at any time with or without written notice. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion. The Company shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the Promotion and its Official Rules and Regulations. The decisions of The Company are final and binding in all respects.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from any materials in the Promotion. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any other reason the Internet portion of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infections by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized by The Company or its consulting agencies which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, functioning or proper conduct of this promotion.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND/OR AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE DELIVERY, USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRIZE(S) OR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PURCHASED WITH THE PRIZE(S), INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
