Full-time, paid internships are available across every department at the organization. Whether you’re interested in everything from marketing and philanthropy to venue operations and accounting, Starlight has a place for your talents in summer 2026.
Since its founding in 1984, the Bob Rohlf Internship Program has been training the next generation of arts & entertainment professionals to create one-of-a-kind experiences that bring our community together and make the arts accessible to everyone.
By joining our 2026 class of summer interns, you’ll be joining more than 500 Bob Rohlf intern alumni who have benefitted from on-the-job training as well as social, networking, and professional development experiences throughout the summer.
Training is never limited to just one area. As one former intern noted, “You have the ability to explore a multitude of fields at Starlight, providing you with the opportunity to immerse yourself in diverse sectors. What I appreciate about this aspect is the chance to shadow various departments within Starlight, gaining insights into their operations and workflows.”
Starlight’s internship program is designed to build arts professionals who can lead teams and manage projects with ease. Interns will have numerous opportunities to work alongside leaders from the entire organization and learn what it takes to manage a venue that serves more than 250,000 people annually.
