Donations are important to sustaining Starlight and its programs for generations to come. Ticket sales only cover part of Starlight’s annual operating costs.

We appreciate and recognize the countless donors whose generosity and dedication ensures Starlight can connect our community through live arts experiences that entertain, inspire, and engage.

Starlight Theatre Association of Kansas City, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a current online profile at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation and GuideStar.

Starlight employees are active members in the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Mid America Planned Giving Council, and NPConnect. All fundraising activities are carried out in accordance with the AFP Code of Ethical Standards and A Donor Bill of Rights.

Starlight is making available its Consolidated Financial Statements and Report of Independent Certified Public Accountants for the most recent fiscal years.

The consolidated financial statements include Starlight’s most recent IRS Form 990 (Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax) and audited Financial Statements.
